O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.920 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent; learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

On the complaint lodged by Stalin, the 1st respondent Police registered a case in Crime No.920 of 2015 on 06.06.2015 under Section 341, 294[b], 323, 324 and 506[ii] IPC against Allah, Mansoor, Irfan and others, for quashing which, the petitioners are before this Court on the ground that they have arrived at a compromise.

Today, the petitioners herein and Stalin/2nd respondent herein are present before this Court and they have been identified by their respective counsels. Stalin has filed an affidavit, wherein, he has stated as follows: "2. I submit that due to some wordy quarrel petitioners and with me there was a dispute arouse and I was assaulted by the petitioners herein on 06.06.2015 which necessitate me to lodge a complaint with the 1st respondent Police. On receipt of the complaint a case was registered in Crime No.920 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 341, 294[b], 323, 324 and 506[ii] of IPC.

I submit that subsequently I get compromised by the family members on 10.09.2015 at Thiruchina Kuppam, Chennai-600019 my family members maintain a good relationship with the petitioners and his family members, the petitioners are became very close friendship maintain with me peacefully and we are settled the issue amicably without any difference of opinion. Hence the present quash petition is been filed before this Hon'ble Court enabling the parties to free from remarks of any criminal nature and to put an end to the criminal proceedings."

6. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the FIR in Crime No.920 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent Police is hereby quashed against all the accused.
