Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned communication issued by the 5th respondent dated 02.09.2018 appointing the 6th respondent as the Returning Officer for the Elections tto the Office Bearers of the 3rd respondent on 23.09.2018 and quash the same and consequentially direct the 3rd respondent to conduct the Elections in compliance with the Model Election Guidelines in Annexure XXXVII of the Sports Code of India issued by the 1st respondent.
