(CRIME NO. 581/2020) 2 SARAVANAKUMAR Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner shall report before the first respondent police station at 10.30 a.m. daily until further orders in Crl.A.No.463/2020 dated 04.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEEPANUDAY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.463 of 2020 dated 04.12.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in the above said appeal, from 13.02.2020 to till date and seeks modification.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) has submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also filed and the same is yet to be taken on file. 4.In view of the same, this Court modify the condition in paragraph No.6.(c) as under:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"the appellant is directed to appear before the Designated Court at 10.30.a.m., once in a fifteen days, until further orders". 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
