] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 465 days in filing the above appeal as against the judgment dated 12.01.2023 made in S.C.No.229 of 2018 on the file of learned Sessions Court Mahila Court Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
