COMMON ORDER On hearing learned counsel for parties, it is agreed that in terms of the arbitration clause, either the Executive Director or his Nominee should act as Arbitrator and proceed with the Arbitration in all the matters. 2.In view thereof, the Executive Director being the Designated Authority shall either proceed with the arbitration himself or nominate an Arbitrator, within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the Arbitrator will endeavour to conclude the proceedings, preferably within a period of six months from the date of appointment. 3.The original petitions are, accordingly, disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
