ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7431 of 2020 dated 13.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7431 of 2020 dated 13.07.2020 with a condition to execute two sureties. He has further submitted that since the petitioners were arrested in yet another case in Crime No.675 of 2020, on the file of Erode South Police Station, they were not able to execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/-.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
