ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for another five days in Crl.O.P.No.16150 of 2020, dated 12.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.16150 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020 directed the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate after lifting of lockdown. However, due to the Covid Pandemic situation, the petitioner could not comply with the conditions within stipulated period. Hence, he seeks for extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
