O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.6218 of 2020 by an order dated 08.10.2020 that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- to the credit of Crime No.34 of 2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6218 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020 with some conditions. He would further submit that the petitioner is poor and due to continuous body ailments, she was unable to mobilize the fund and therefore, she was unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court within the stipulated time and hence, he seeks to reduce the deposit amount.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.6218 dated 08.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.34 of 2020 within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
