COMMON ORDER The parties and issues involved in both the Civil Revision Petitions are one and the same, therefore disposed of by this common order.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
