(Crime No.224 of 2019) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1205 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15611 of 2019 order dated 30.01.2020, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. On the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1205 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15611 of 2019 dated 30.01.2020, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. On the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6808 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15611 of 2019 dated 30.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, on the 1st working day of every month until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
