This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 27 days in preferring the revision against the order dated 22.02.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.12917 of 2023 in Spl.C.No.5 of 2022 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge, Kancheepuram District, Chengalpattu.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 27 days in preferring the revision stands condoned.
