O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.Op.No.13418 of 2020, order dated 01.09.2020 that the petitioners shall stay at Arakkonam and report before the Arakkonam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and 12.30 p.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition.

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.13418 of 2020, on 01.09.2020 is modified to the effect that petitioners 1,3,4,5,6 are directed to report before the respondent police station on the first day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Considering the age of the second petitioner, she is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for the interrogation.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
