PRAYER : This petition has been filed under Section 439 (1)(b) of CRPC r/w Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to set aside the condition that to deposit 10% of the cheque amount instead of 20% of the cheque amount before the Trial Court which shall be converted fixed deposit is any of the nationalized bank which is imposed in Crl.M.P. No. 15575 of 2024 and enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with STC No. 3381 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Fast Track metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. ORDER

The petitioner herein filed this petition to set aside the condition that to deposit 10% of the cheque amount instead of 20% of the cheque amount before the Trial Court which shall be converted fixed deposit is any of the nationalized bank which is imposed in Crl.M.P. No. 15575 of 2024 and enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with STC No. 3381 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Fast Track metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

3. Considering the above, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP No. 15575 of 2024 in CMP. No. 2407 of 2024 in STC No. 3381 of 2021 is modified to that effect the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- before the Trial Court which shall be converted as fixed deposit in any of the nationalized bank.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
