ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties as granted vide order dated 29.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10977 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10977 of 2020 dated 29.07.2020 with some conditions. He would further submit that since the petitioner was affected by jaundice and was taking treatment at Cuddalore, the petitioner could not comply with the condition within the stipulated time.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
