(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.3398 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.31497 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Walaja, twice in a week on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.3398 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.31497 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in in Crl.M.P No.3398 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.31497 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020, is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
