This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.317 of 2022 from the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent investigation agency.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that now the entire investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed as further action dropped in Crime No.317 of 2022. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. Further, the petitioner was also served with the charge sheet proceedings. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition as against the final report in Crime No.317 of 2022 in the manner known to law, if she is so advised.
