2. Thereafter, on 14.06.2024, the matter had to be re-notified and adverting to proceedings made on 14.06.2024, Ms.B.Poongkhulali and other learned counsel expressed regret for not being able to represent the matter when it was called.

3. Today, Mr.M.Pradeep Shankar, learned counsel for 'Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited' [hereinafter 'ELCOT' for the sake of brevity] has come up with W.M.P.No.18099 of 2024 with a implead prayer. Ideally, ELCOT should have come up with the captioned WMP earlier and not at this point of time, more particularly after the 06.06.2024 proceedings. However, as ELCOT is State, considering the

larger public interest, we deem it appropriate to hear Senior Advocate Mr.P.Wilson appearing on behalf of Mr.Pradeep Shankar for ELCOT treating ELCOT also as an intervenor akin to the two entities, namely Federation of Indian Mineral Industries and Tamil Nadu Small Mine Owners Federation making it clear that no further application for implead would be entertained.

4. To be noted, order made in the case of other two entities is order dated 22.08.2022 made in W.M.P.No.27891 of 2021 and W.M.P.(MD)No.14673 of 2021 in W.P.(MD)No.11757 of 2021.
