This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the appeal.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the counsel appearing before the Lower Court is hospitalised and due to the same, the delay has occurred.

3.Recording the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
