This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 06.12.2021 and 25.09.2023. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has given representations to the respondent to revise the compensation awarded to his lands. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, he seeks a direction.

Mr.S.J.Mohamhed Sathik, learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that the representations of the petitioner will be considered by the respondent in a reasonable time. 6.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 06.12.2021 and 25.09.2023 and 2/4

pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
