ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with Mu.Mu.No.Aa/4469/2008 dated 29.05.2009 and quash the same as illegal.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the order impugned in this Writ Petition has been given effect to, whereby the 2nd respondent was conferred permanent status in the office of the 1st respondent. In support of his contention, he produced the memo No.1075/kh ggp (ngh) 2 /khnghf/2017 dated 28.06.2017. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Page No.2/4
