Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant Mr.P.K.Harinath Babu for the Appellant-Insurance Company.

2. The delay of 11 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned.

3. Registry to place the Writ Appeal for Admission after 2 weeks after assigning regular number for the Writ Appeal.

4. Issue notice to the Respondents in the meanwhile. Private notice is also permitted.

5. The learned counsel for the Appellant Mr.P.K.Harinath Babu submits that in compliance of the order dated 9.11.2020 passed by this court, the amount of compensation of Rs.3,75,179/- has been credited to the account of Mr.S.Ganesan, the Claimant vide UTR No.CITIN20162727294 dated 10.11.2020. He further prays for some time to file Additional Affidavit with regard to Show Cause as directed in the order dated 9.11.2020 as to why the compensation amount may not be doubled.
