O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7429 of 2020 dated 13.07.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were earlier granted interim bail by an order dated 07.05.2020 and thereafter, the same was made absolute on 13.07.2020 with a condition to execute sureties within a period of fifteen days from the date of lifting of the lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier. However, due to Covid-19 pandamic situation, the petitioners could not comply with the conditions within a stipulated time.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically cancelled.
