Respondents in W.P.No.12421/2013 PRAYER in W.P.No.12420/2013: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to show records for cheque no.455758 so that the petitioner's innocence can be proved and to give compensation to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.25,00,000 by the respondent for acting arbitrarily against the petitioner, because of which the petitioner lost his job and for the fact that the petitioner has to unnecessarily pay for legal expenses to defend himself in the cheque bounce case.
