ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.32 of 2022 on the file of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Villivakkam Range, Chennai District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, on 17.12.2024 vide Ref.No.LTN20230001247C202400008.

3. Since the investigation is already completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Court, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
