This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12158 of 2023 dated 26.05.2023, passed by this Court to appear before the Town Police Station, Madurai everyday at 10.30 a.m for the period of four weeks and thereafter, they shall appear before respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for the period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for the interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12158 of 2023 dated 26.05.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
