Crl.M.P.No.11189 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10068 of 2022 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to restore the Crl.O.P.No.10068 of 2022 which was dismissed for non prosecution by order dated 29.06.2022.

2. It is stated that due to illness, the petitioner could not appear before this on 29.06.2022 and to instruct his counsel. It is also stated that now the parties have amicably settled the issues between themselves and they have also filed affidavits dated 15.07.2022 to that effect.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the order dated 29.06.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.10068 of 2022 is set aside and the Crl.O.P.No.10068 of 2022 is restored.
