ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5556 of 2020 order dated 23.09.2020 before this Court.

2. There was no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5556 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020 is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
