ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to not to interfere with the business of the petitioner as Bar Licensee in the TASMAC shop No.1569 at No.6/157, Lajalathirai Street, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore District.

2. Petitioner has come forward with the aforesaid prayer that show cause notice dated 20.02.2015 was issued to the petitioner asking the petitioner to submit a reply within a week and after having given a reply dated 24.02.2015 no orders have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.

4. The prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted, as it is for the respondent to decide the issue on merits and in accordance with law. The respondent submits that he is not aware whether any orders have been passed on receipt of the representation dated 24.02.2015. This court makes it very clear that if no orders have been passed as on date, it is open to the respondent to pass orders on receipt of the representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving opportunity to the petitioner to put forth his objection. If any adverse order have already been passed, then it is open to the petitioner to question the same. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
