This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the Learned Principal Sessions Judge Puducherry on all working days at 10.30 am and also report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 pm as imposed upon by this Court by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.7475 of 2023 dated 05.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the conditions imposed on the petitioners are modified as follows, (i) The petitioners are directed to appear before the Learned Principal Sessions Judge Puducherry once in a week, until further orders. (ii) Insofar as the condition to report before the respondent police, this condition is relaxed.
