This application has been filed to amend the prayer in the Original Petition in O.P.No.153 of 2021 as per schedule of amendment.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the respondent had already given no objection for granting Letters of Administration.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, this application is allowed.

4. The applicants are directed to carry out necessary amendment in the prayer in the Original Petition in O.P.No.153 of 2021 on or before 05.08.2022

5. List the O.P on 11.08.2022.
