Instant petition has been filed inter alia under Rule 2B of the Rules of this Court to regulate the proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in this Court.

2. There are five writ petitioners and this Court is informed that the five writ petitioners are blood sisters, all being daughters of one Mr.P.N.Arumugam. It is also submitted that they are all challenging the same orders i.e., six orders made by the Income Tax Department under Section 226(3) of Income Tax Act, 1961. It is submitted that their source of right is common and their grievance is also common.

3. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that separate Court fee has been paid by five writ petitioners.

4. In the light of the aforesaid narrative, instant WMP is ordered as prayed for.
