The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, at a later point of time, for the same cause of action and he has also made an endorsement to that effect as under: "This writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition in a later date for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same cause of action."

In view of the above said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, if so advised. No costs.
