ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner died and his legal heirs are not interested to prosecute the case and hence, he sought to dismiss this Writ Petition as abated.

3.Though, learned counsel for the respondents contended that this Writ Petition is not maintainable in the light of the order dated 14.03.2024 passed in WP.Nos.7779 to 7781, 9207 to 9209, 12122 to 12126 of 2017 and etc., batch, as the petitioner is no more, this Court without going into the merits of the case, is inclined to dismiss this Writ Petition as abated. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
