Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to impugned order in Na.Ka.No.1695/Aa/2021 dated 02.08.2021 passed by the second respondent and quash the same so for ranking the third respondent as President of the petitioner Sangam and thereby directing the second respondent to recognize the fourth respondent as President of the petitioner Sangam in a time bound period.
