ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the bail condition made in Crl.M.P.No.2393 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024 as they shall be deported to their own country instead of they shall be kept in the Special Camp, Trichy, and shall be produced as and when directed. 2.Admittedly, the petitioners are Bangladesh nationals. The Trial Court while granting bail, has imposed a condition that the petitioners shall not abscond either during investigation or trial. When a specific condition was imposed by the Trial Court that the petitioners shall not abscond either during investigation or trial, the present modification sought by the petitioners is to permit them to go back to their native place/Bangladesh. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has produced a copy of the G.O.(1D) No.30 dated 23.01.2025, wherein the Government has specifically directed that the Bangladesh Nationals mentioned in the said Government Order, shall not leave the boundaries of Special Camp at Tiruchirapalli, except with the prior permission of the District Collector, Tiruchirapalli District.

4.As the G.O.(1D).No.30 dated 23.01.2025 has been passed, it is left open to the petitioners to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 21.05.2025 ata/ep Page No.3 of 4
