Considering the issues involved in this Civil Suit and the properties which have been mentioned in the Schedule and also considering the fact that the Suit initiated in the City Civil Court in O.S.No.1533 of 2013 relates to the very same property shown in the schedule to the Suit and also considering the fact that this Court by earlier proceedings had transferred to itself a Suit which was pending on Sub-Court, Ponneri in O.S.No.37 of 2010 to the file of this Court in Transfer C.S.No.117 of 2022. This Court is of the view that the Suit in O.S.No.1533 of 2013 on the file of the VI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai can also be transferred to the file of this Court and tried along with the Suit in C.S.No.592 of 2009.

2. Hence the Registry is directed to call for the records in O.S.No.1533 of 2013 on the file of the VI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of this Court along with C.S.No.592 of 2009.

3. The Application No.7076 of 2014 is ordered and in view of the order of transfer made by this Court, no orders are necessary to be made in the application seeking for injunction in A.No.7077 of 2014 and the same is accordingly closed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 14.08.2024 mka
