It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the electricity connection has been restored, the writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. If there is threat to the supply of electricity connection in the above matter, it is open to the petitioner to get appropriate proceedings. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
