The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned summon dated 11.04.2025 issued by the first respondent and for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal and objection letters dated 15.03.2025 and 15.04.2025.
2. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official Respondents that this Writ Petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the first respondent has passed an order in the Appeal bearing No.Pa.Mu.1072/2025/A4 dated 12.06.2025. As a matter of fact, the petitioner has also challenged the said order and the same is pending consideration before the District Revenue Officer.
3. In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned".
2. It was brought to the notice of this Court that in the order passed in W.P.No.18333 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025, the petitioner's name is wrongly mentioned as K.Sankar instead of K.Sankaran. In view of the same, petitioner's name shall be substituted as 'K.Sankaran' in the cause title of the order dated 21.08.2025.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the above correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith. Other portions of the order dated 21.08.2025 shall remain intact.
