Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned letter in Lr.No.SE/CEDC/N/CBE/DFC/AO/REV/HT/A2/F.HTSC. 199/D.334/21 dated 17.05.2021 of the respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to pay 40 percent of the arrears of CC charges for restoration of service connection and the remaining arrears amount by way of 15 monthly installment in respect of HTSC No.199, pursuant to his representation dated 29.04.2021.
