(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 06.08.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents would submit that enquiry conducted and the closure report was filed on 16.09.2021. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that no such closure report served on to him.

3. In view of the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to serve the copy of closure report dated 16.09.2021 to the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner to work out his remedy as per law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
