This petition has been filed to amend the name of the petitioner as Rajavel @ Suriyaprakash instead of Suriyaprakash in Crl.O.P.No.12554 of 2024 dated 04.06.2024.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Further, the time granted by this Court to comply with the condition

(6) in Crl.O.P.No.12554 of 2024 shall be extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
