(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Heard Mr.R.Bharanidharan, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.V.Subramani, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. By order dated 12.07.2023 this Court has granted stay of execution of the decree for possession alone until further orders. In view of the fact that the sale deed has been executed pursuant to the decree for specific performance granted by the trial Court, if the decree for delivery of possession is not stayed, there is always a possibility of the appeal becoming infructuous.

3. Hence, the interim stay grated on 12.07.2023 is made absolute.
