The present petition has been filed seeking certain modification in the District of the Respondent shown in the order dated 30.07.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No. 13211 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the affidavit the petitioner has inadvertently mentioned the District of Respondent as Kancheepuram instead of Vellore. Therefore, he prays that this Court may amend the order modifying the District of Respondent as Vellore and issue fresh order copy.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for amending this said order.

4. In view of the above, Registry is directed to amend the District of Respondent as Vellore in the order dated 30.07.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No. 13211 of 2021 and issue fresh order copy to the parties. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

Consequent to the above, time is extended by a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of The Chief Educational Officer, Vellore district for the rehabilitation and improvement of the basic needs of the Government Schools.
