This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the Petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 11717 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
