ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 08.03.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offence under Sections 294(b), 366, 342, 354(A), 376(D) of IPC read with Section 511 of IPC read with Section 4 of women Harassment Act in Cr.No.3 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 30.12.2018, when the defacto complainant waiting for bus 8.00 P.M. the petitioner/A2 along with A1, took the defacto complainant in a car and assured her to drop her working place. Subsequently, the petitioner has driven the car in some other way and threatened her by showing deadly weapon not to make any noise. Somehow, she got escaped from them and lodged a complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner is arrayed as A2 and he is the friend of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

A1. The defacto complainant lodged a false complaint against the petitioner and A1 and he is in prison from 08.03.2021.Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner along with other accused kidnapped the defacto complainant and threatened her with dire consequences. Hence, he vehemently objected to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
