Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

This Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of this case. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not able to mobilize funds and sought for modification of the said condition and also sought for extension of time. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- to the credit of the case and to donate a sum of Rs.5000/- to any voluntary organization as directed by this Court.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of this case in Crime No.623 of 2016 and shall also pay a sum of Rs.5000/- by way of Demand Draft to "Tamilnadu Harijan Sevak Sangh", No.58, Venkatnarayana Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 17, Ph : 9994657433".

4. Time is extended for a further period of two weeks to execute the bond.
