This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 at Karaikal, Puducherry, weekly twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders and thereafter as and when required for interrogation instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly twice at at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the averments made in the petition filed in support of his claim and also taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner the condition in paragraph No.8(b) is modified as follows:

"(b)the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 at Karaikal, Puducherry, weekly twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders and shall also present befoe the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation."
