O R D E R

Heard Mr.A.E.Kalaiselvan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and with their consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

2. In the light of the direction which this Court proposes to issue, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the first respondent to consider her representation dated 03.11.2014 which was sent by speed post. In the said representation, the petitioner would state that the second respondent, who is the Village Administrative Officer, has made certain fabricated entries in the revenue records.

4. Since the writ petition is disposed of without notice to the second respondent, the allegations made by the petitioner against the second respondent are not gone into and it is left open to the first respondent to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner against the second respondent, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2014, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the second respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. The connected MP is closed.
