Heard Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to consider his representation for transfer of patta in his name from the name of his grandmother Nallammal.

3. Though the petitioner has placed reliance on the registered Will dated 05.8.1985 said to have been executed by his grandmother, he has not impleaded the other legal heirs of his grandmother.

4. In the light of the above, without going to the merits of the contention of the petitioner, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

28.6.2013, after issuing notice to all the legal heirs of Tmt. Nallammal, including the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
