By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's lands comprised in Survey Nos.109/4B1, 109/4A, 108/6B1, 108/6A1, 108/3B1, 108/3A, measuring an extent of 0.94.50 hectares situated at D.Nachanampatti Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2023. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given representation dated 02.02.2023 to survey the property in Survey Nos.109/4B1, 109/4A, 108/6B1, 108/6A1, 108/3B1, 108/3A situated at D.Nachanampatti Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 and 2. 5.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
